Director Dealings
In terms of JSE rules, listed companies must report share dealings by any company director, whether dealings are directly or indirectly beneficial (eg, in spouse's name or via a family trust). This tool allows
you to view director dealings for the Past Week or Past Month.
Ranking Tables
JSE listed shares are ranked according to a number of different criteria, such as:
Market capitalisation: size of company
P/E ratio: companies are ranked by ratio of share price to profits
Dividend Yield (DY): companies are ranked by dividend yield
Corporate Events Summary
The corporate events summary provides an overview of corporate action for the previous quarter. Events covered include new listings, delistings, mergers and acquisitions, unbundlings, suspensions, renames, splits/consolidations, and changes in reporting dates. The table is sorted by date (most recent at the top), but can also
be sorted by company name. Where possible, each event title is hyperlinked back to the full article describing the event. To view this table click here.
Calendar Events Summary
The calendar events summary provides an overview of upcoming corporate events, including expected financials, annual general meetings, and whether said events are confirmed by the company. Both tables are sorted by date, but may also be sorted by company shortname, enabling you to quickly determine
whether any of your shares will shortly be in the news. Expected results are listed under Financial Results Due, while AGM's are listed under AGM's Due.
