Murray & Roberts - update on winding up order Shareholders were referred to the announcement published on SENS on 9 September 2025 advising that on 8 September 2025 the Gauteng Division of the High Court of South Africa ("the Court") granted an order placing Murray & Roberts Holdings Ltd. under provisional liquidation ("the Provisional Liquidation Order") and that the matter was due to return to court on 17 October 2025 ("the Return Date"), when application could be made for a final order of liquidation. The Company confirmed that the Return Date was revised from 17 October 2025 to 27 October 2025 and that Theo van den Heever has been appointed as the provisional liquidator. Shareholders should note that the Provisional Liquidation Order relates only to Murray & Roberts Holdings, the listed entity and does not impact its downstream subsidiary Murray & Roberts Ltd., which is a separate legal entity currently under business rescue. The Company continues to engage with its legal advisors and will keep shareholders informed of any material developments.
