    Mantengu - changes to the board committees
    The board of directors of MTU ("the Board") notified its shareholders of the following Board Committee changes, with effect from 23 May 2025:
    • Warren Geyer has resigned as Chairman of the Social and Ethics Committee ("SEC") but will remain on the SEC.
    • Jonas Tshikundamalema has resigned as the Chairman of the Combined Remuneration and Nomination Committee ("CRNC") but will remain on the CRNC.
    • Warren Geyer will replace Jonas Tshikundamalema as the Chairman of the CRNC.
    • Jonas Tshikundamalema will replace Warren Geyer as the Chairman of the SEC.
    • The Combined Audit and Risk Committee ("CARC") remains unchanged.
