Mantengu - cautionary and NSRC acquisition
The Company has entered into a binding term sheet to acquire 100% of the ordinary shares of New Salt Rock City (Pty) Ltd. ("NSRC"), which, in turn, owns 60% of Kilken Platinum (Pty) Ltd. ("Kilken"). Kilken is the 70% owner of the Kilken Imbani Joint venture ("Kilken JV").
Cautionary Announcement
As the purchase consideration has still not been determined and any associated regulatory requirements, as well as a number of conditions precedent are to be completed, the full impact of the above is still to be determined, which may have a material effect on the price of the company's securities, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in their securities until a further announcement is made.
