    Nictus - results of annual general meeting
    Nictus shareholders approved all resolutions at the AGM held on 27 August 2026. Key approvals included the election and re-election of directors, the remuneration policy and report, appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. as external auditor, and authority to issue ordinary shares. Both ordinary and special resolutions received 100% support from votes cast, representing 84.73% of issued shares. The company also received approval for non-executive directors’ remuneration and share repurchase authority.
