Purple - trading statement Purple Group is currently finalising its results for the twelve months ended 31 August 2025 ("this period"). In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Ltd. Listings Requirements, shareholders were advised that Purple Group is satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be reported upon will differ by more than 20% from that for the previous corresponding period, being the 12 months ended 31 August 2024 ("the prior period"). Shareholders were accordingly advised that for this period, the directors of Purple Group anticipate basic and headline earnings per share of between 4.12 cents and 4.47 cents, compared to basic and headline earnings per share of 1.77 cents reported in the prior period, representing an increase of between 133% and 153%. The Company's results for the 12 months ended 31 August 2025 are expected to be published on SENS on or about 12 November 2025.
