    Momentum - changes to board committees
    Momentum announced changes to its board committees to better balance responsibilities. Tyrone Soondarjee will resign from the Audit and Social, Ethics and Transformation committees effective 31 May 2026, following his appointment as chair of the Group boards in March 2026. Frannie Leautier will step down as chair of the Remuneration committee on the same date, with Linda de Beer appointed as the new chair from 1 June 2026. Frannie will remain on several committees, while Linda continues her roles as chair of the Audit committee and member of other key committees.
