Update on the acquisition of select manganese assets from Ntsimnintle Holdings (Pty) Ltd. and OMH (Mauritius) Corp
Exxaro advised shareholders that the majority of the key suspensive conditions have been fulfilled in relation to the Transaction.
A further announcement will be made in respect of the fulfilment of the remaining suspensive conditions and/or closing of the Transaction in due course.

Exxaro - acquisition of stakes in energy assets
Cennergi Holdings (Pty) Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Exxaro, has entered into binding agreements with ACCIONA Energía ("Acciona") to acquire Acciona's majority stakes in two operational renewable energy assets, generating a combined gross 213 MW of energy, as well as the company responsible for the operations and maintenance of both assets, for a purchase price that will range between R1.7 billion to R1.8 billion, which will be funded through Exxaro's available cash reserves and undrawn facilities.
