    Eastplats - CEO transition
    Eastplats announced that Changyu Liu, currently chairman of the board, will become interim president and CEO from August 13, 2026, succeeding Wanjin Yang. The leadership change is not expected to impact operations or financial reporting. The Company is searching for a permanent CEO and will provide updates later.
