    Eastplats - credit facility secured
    Eastern Platinum Ltd. ("Eastplats" or the "Company") has secured a CAD1 000 000 credit facility with Ka An Development Co. Ltd. to support the ramp-up of underground production at the Crocodile River Mine ("CRM"). The loan bears an annual interest rate of 10.5% and matures in six months, subject to renewal. The proceeds will fund increased production of PGM and chrome, with a target of 70 000 tonnes of run-of-mine ore per month by the end of 2026. As an insider, Ka An is a related party, and the transaction relies on exemptions under MI 61-101. The Company owns PGM and chrome assets in South Africa’s Bushveld Complex, with operations focused on the Crocodile River Mine.
