Finbond - AGM notice and annual report
The Company's notice of annual general meeting, incorporating the summarised audited consolidated financial results for the year ended 28 February 2025 was distributed to shareholders today, 13 June 2025 and is also available on the Company's website at finbondgroup.com/downloads.html.
Accordingly, the annual general meeting of shareholders ("AGM") will be held at Finbond's registered office on Friday, 24 October 2025, at 14:00, to transact the business as set out in the Notice of AGM distributed together with the Summarised Financial Results.
Availability of integrated annual report
The IAR, including the Annual Financial Statements, have also been made available for viewing on the Company's website at finbondgroup.com/financialresults.html.
