Trustco - Meya Mining cautionary announcement Shareholders are referred to the Company's voluntary announcement of 11 February 2026 regarding the US25 million financing facility concluded between Meya Mining Ltd. (Meya Mining) and Ecobank Sierra Leone Ltd., supported by Ecobank Ghana plc. As publicly stated by Meya Mining at that time, the facility was to support the mine's transition to full commercial production. The Company is assessing the effect of this information on the carrying values of its equity interest in, and loan receivable from, Meya Mining. This assessment is being conducted in conjunction with the ongoing audit processes of the Trustco Group. The financial effect may be material to the Group. Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities until a further announcement quantifying the financial effect is made.
