Curro - transaction update announcement Curro announced that the suspensive condition to the Proposed Transaction which remains outstanding is approval from the South African Competition Authorities on an unconditional basis, or on conditions acceptable to the Offeror. In this regard, Shareholders were advised that there has been engagement with the South African Competition Commission and the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition (DTIC), following which the Offeror has agreed to grant the South African Competition Commission an extension of 10 Business Days, to allow the DTIC additional time to provide its feedback. Given the extension required by the South African Competition Commission, the salient dates and times set out in the Circular will need to be revised.
