    Frontier - removal of listing
    On 27 January 2021, the Issuer was suspended from trading on the JSE at the instance of the JSE pursuant to paragraph 1.6(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements (the “Requirements”) due to non- publication of its Provisional report for the year-ending 31 August 2020 within the prescribed period stipulated in the Requirements.

    Shareholders are advised that the Issuer’s listing will be removed from the commencement of business on Tuesday, 02 May 2023 and that they will remain shareholders in an unlisted company. Accordingly, the last day to trade (off-market) will be Monday, 24 April 2023 and the record date will be Friday, 28 April 2023.
