Mahube - distribution of general meeting notice
Mahube shareholders were reminded of the SENS announcement of 23 September 2026, at which all resolutions approved at the 22 September 2026 AGE, except the special resolution on non-executive director remuneration. A Notice of General Meeting ("Notice") has since been distributed, seeking approval of non-executive director fees under section 66(9) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008. The notice is available on the Company's website.
The general meeting ("GM") will be held at 10:00 on Tuesday, 3 November 2026 at The Business Exchange, 4th Floor, 96 Rivonia Road, Sandton, to consider and, if deemed fit, pass the special resolution. Key dates include the record date of 23 October and proxies lodged with the transfer secretaries by 10:00 on Friday, 30 October 2026. Results will be announced on SENS on the same day.
