    Mahube - postponement of distribution of circular
    Shareholders were referred to the firm intention announcement published on SENS on 9 December 2025 and the announcement published on 13 February 2026.

    The distribution of the scheme circular has been delayed and that the Company is in the process of engaging with the Takeover Panel regarding an extension to the posting date of the scheme circular.

    A further announcement pertaining to the posting of the scheme circular and the salient dates and times regarding the scheme will be published on SENS in due course.
