MTNZF - circular, meeting and proposed delisting
MTNZF Shareholders were advised that the Company has today, Tuesday, 2 December 2025, distributed a circular to MTNZF Shareholders in respect of the Scheme (the "Circular"). The Circular provides full details of the Scheme and contains a Notice of Scheme Meeting, the report by the Joint Independent Experts, the recommendations of the Independent Board, the salient dates and times relating to the Scheme and the necessary forms in order to effect the Scheme.
The Scheme Meeting is expected to be held at 10h00 (South African Standard Time) on or about Thursday, 15 January 2026 entirely by way of electronic communication as contemplated in section 63(2)(a) of the Companies Act at: mtnzakhelefuthi.vagm.africa.
