    DKR - extraordinary general meeting
    Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG ("DKG") will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on 4 December 2025 in Berlin. Shareholders will vote on a restructuring capital increase, involving a mixed cash and contribution in kind, with receivables from registered and convertible bonds valued at approximately EUR 120 million to be contributed. BaFin has granted an exemption from a mandatory takeover offer if VBL or its affiliates gain control during the restructuring. Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG focuses on German retail properties and is listed on the Prime Standard of the Deutsche Börse and secondary listed on the JSE.
