RMH - further acquisition of shares by AttBid
AttBid has announced further acquisitions of RMH shares, increasing its stake to approximately 9.67%, with Atterbury Property Fund (Pty) Ltd. holding 32.77%, resulting in a combined holding of about 42.44%. Between 23 and 27 March 2026, AttBid purchased a total of 3 420 025 RMH shares at R0.47 per share through on- and off-market transactions. These acquisitions, disclosed to the Takeover Regulation Panel, are part of the process leading to a mandatory offer for all RMH shares, excluding those held by APF and treasury shares. AttBid and its concert parties may acquire additional shares during the offer period, subject to regulatory compliance.
