HCI - changes to the board
J.R. Nicolella ("Rob") has resigned, effective 29 May 2025, as the Financial Director of HCI and an Executive Director of the HCI Board. Rob is not leaving the HCI group but Africa Energy Corp (AEC) has developed to a point where it requires Rob's full-time attention as it's Chief Executive Officer. Accordingly, through discussions with the AEC board, HCI has agreed to release Rob from his role as Financial Director of HCI.
HCI announced the promotion of A.F. Pereira ("Cisco") to Financial Director of the HCI group and Executive Director of the HCI Board effective 29 May 2025, succeeding Rob .
HCI welcomed Adhika Singh ("Adhika") to the board of HCI as a Non- Executive Director effective 29 May 2025.

HCI - trading statement
Shareholders were hereby advised that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that for the year ended 31 March 2025, the Company will report;
- basic earnings (profit) per share of between 8 273.9 cents per share and 8 354.5 cents per share (2024: basic earnings (profit) per share of 806.1 cents per share); and
- headline earnings (profit) per share of between 1 427.5 cents per share and 1 572.8 cents per share, being between a decrease of 1.8% and an increase of 8.2% (2024: headline earnings (profit) per share of 1 453.6 cents per share).
The Company`s results are expected to be published on or about 29 May 2025.
