    Barloworld - further board changes
    The following non-executive directors are retiring from the Board with immediate effect:
    - Vuyisa Nkonyeni
    - Bashirat Odunewu
    - Nomavuso Mnxasana
    - Nicola Chiaranda
    - Peter Schmid

    Retirement of Company Secretary
    Furthermore, note that Nomini Rapoo will retire as Group Company Secretary on 30 November 2025 after having completed a successful tenure in the role since joining in 2002.

    Barloworld - trading statement
    Shareholders were advised that the group is currently finalising its results for the twelve months ended 30 September 2025 (the "period"), which will be released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Ltd. ("JSE") on or about Monday, 17 November 2025.

    Basic earnings per share ("EPS") and basic headline earnings per share ("HEPS")
    The ranges for basic EPS and basic HEPS from group operations for the period are expected to be as follows:

    Basic EPS – Group
    • 30 Sept 2025 Expected Results Range: 767.3 to 787.3 ZAR cents
    • Expected Decrease Range (vs. 30 Sept 2024): 23.0% to 24.9%
    • 30 Sept 2024 (Reported): 1 022.2 ZAR cents

    Basic HEPS – Group
    • 30 Sept 2025 Expected Results Range: 794.5 to 814.5 ZAR cents
    • Expected Decrease Range (vs. 30 Sept 2024): 20.3% to 22.3%
    • 30 Sept 2024 (Reported): 1 022.1 ZAR cents

    The expected decline in earnings is primarily attributable the decline in trading activities in Vostochnaya Technica and to lower demand across some Southern African markets.
