    Crookes - resignation of company secretary
    Crookes Brothers’ representative at Highway Corporate Services (Pty) Ltd. (“Highway Corp Serve”), the Company Secretary of Crookes Brothers, Highway Corp Serve has provided notice to the Company of their resignation with effect from 30 November 2026.

    The Company will commence a process to identify a new Company Secretary. A further announcement in this regard will be published in due course.
