    Remgro final results June 2025
    Continuing operations
    Revenue for the year rose to R51.5 billion (R50.4 billion) with trading profit coming in higher at R3.2 billion (R2.7 billion). Net profit for the year attributable to equity holders soared to R3.3 billion (R814 million). Additionally, headline earnings per share from total operations increased to 1 409c per share (1 018c per share).

    Declaration of cash dividend
    Notice was given that a final gross dividend of 248 cents (2024: 184 cents) per share has been declared out of income reserves in respect of both the ordinary shares of no par value and the unlisted B ordinary shares of no par value, for the year ended 30 June 2025.

    Declaration of special dividend
    Notice was given that a special dividend of 200 cents per share has been declared out of income reserves in respect of both the ordinary shares of no par value and the unlisted B ordinary shares of no par value, for the year ended 30 June 2025.

    Integrated Annual Report
    The Integrated Annual Report will be mailed to those shareholders who requested to receive a hard copy and will be available on the website during October 2025.
