Remgro final results June 2026

Revenue for the final period rose marginally to R51.0 billion (R50.6 billion) whilst trading profit was higher at R3.8 billion (R3.2 billion). Net profit attributable to equity holders lowered to R1.4 billion (R3.3 billion). Additionally, headline earnings per share increased to 2 003 cents per share (1 409 cents per share).

Dividend No. 52
A final gross dividend of 422 cents (2025: 248 cents) per share has been declared out of income reserves in respect of both the ordinary shares of no par value and the unlisted B ordinary shares of no par value, for the year ended 30 June 2026.

Special dividend
A special dividend of 550 cents per share has been declared out of income reserves in respect of both the ordinary shares of no par value and the unlisted B ordinary shares of no par value.
