    Collins - results of voting
    Collins shareholders approved the adoption of the Collins Property Group Ltd. Conditional Share Plan 2026 ("the Plan"). Voting results showed that 66.66% of CPL's 334 097 767 ordinary shares (excluding 3 810 087 treasury shares) were voted, with 99.90% of those voting in favour of the resolution. All 138 383 296 N Preference Shares (100%) voted in favour of the resolution. The approval reflects strong shareholder support for the Plan.
