    Old Mutual repurchased 147 004 816 shares, representing 3.12% of its issued shares, under its share buyback programme from 3 October 2025 to 31 March 2026. The total expenditure was R2 074 052 548.22, with an average purchase price of R14.10874 per share. The highest price paid R15.49880 and the lowest R12.95650. Currently, the company holds 161 750 000 treasury shares, or 3.43% of issued shares, with a further 6.88% still available for repurchase.
