Quantum - results of annual general meeting
Quantum shareholders approved all resolutions at the AGM held on 26 March 2026. Key approvals include reappointment of Ernst & Young Inc. as auditors with 99.98% support, and re-elections of directors Mr Geoffrey George Fortuin, Mr Gary Vaughan-Smith, and others with over 98% support. Shareholders also approved non-binding votes on remuneration policies with over 99% support, and the non-executive directors' remuneration for 2025/2026 with similar backing. A general authority to provide financial assistance for securities acquisition was approved with 80.87% support. Abstentions were minimal, and all resolutions received the requisite majority of votes.
