RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders of Command are advised that at the general meeting of Command held
on Wednesday, 28 March 2007, all resolutions regarding the specific issue of 17
250 000 shares for cash to Cape Empowerment Trust Limited ("the transaction"),
were passed by the requisite majority of Command shareholders.
The transaction is now unconditional and accordingly, the 17 250 000 shares will
be issued to Cape Empowerment Trust Limited on or about Friday, 30 March 2007.
