CHANGE IN STATUS OF CHAIRMAN
The board is delighted to announce the permanent appointment of Mr. Nhlanhla
Gasa as Chairman of the board of DigiCore.
Mr Gasa has served on the board and on several of it`s sub-committees since 2001
and has over the last two years been serving as acting-Chairman on the board for
DigiCore.
He has extensive corporate experience in the areas of human resources and
general executive management for large companies such as Tongaat-Hulett Group
and Transnet and is the Chairman of Umgeni Water and the ABSA Provincial
Advisory Board KZN.
He also serves on the National Small Business Advisory Council.
