KELLY APPOINTS NEW DIRECTORS
Johannesburg, 29 March 2007 - Comprehensive employment services provider the
Kelly Group, due to be listed on the main board of the JSE next week, today
announced the appointment of Corrie Roodt, Thami Sokutu and Peet van der Walt as
independent non-executive directors.
Roodt is the chief executive of First Lifestyle. Sokutu, a former director
general in the Department of Public Works, is an executive director of African
Bank Investment Limited and chairman of the Tourism Black Economic Empowerment
Council. Van der Walt, a former CEO of Servgro and a former chairman of Avis
Southern Africa, Teljoy and Interleisure, is currently a non-executive director
of Alexander Forbes, Tsebo Outsourcing Group and Kaap Agri Group.
At the same time it was announced that Vuyi Radebe, alternate director to
Malcolm McCulloch, has been appointed an executive director. Marc Ber, an
executive director of Safika Holdings, has relinquished his position as Vuli
Cuba`s alternate director. Kholofelo Molewa has been appointed to replace him.
Elias Monage, the group`s human resource executive, will join the board as an
executive director.
All the above board changes are effective from 28 March 2007.
