The Company announces that it received notification on 19 March 2007 that,
further to the implementation of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules,
Moore Credit Fund, Ltd ("Moore Credit") was interested in 3,703,700
ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company, representing 4.87% of the issued
share capital of the Company.
On 5 September 2006 the Company announced that Moore Credit had an interest
in 3,703,700 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company, representing 6.78%
of the issued share capital of the Company.
