CHANGE IN YEAR END
Shareholders are hereby advised that the directors of SA Retail have resolved to
change the year end of the Company from March to September. As a result the
company will publish reviewed second interim results in respect of the six
months ending 31 March 2007. These are expected to be published on or about 11
May 2007. Distribution no. 12, payable by SA Retail in respect of the six months
ending 31 March 2007 will be declared in May 2007 and paid during June 2007.
