CHANGE IN DIRECTOR`S RESPONSIBILITIES
In terms of paragraph 3.59 (c ) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
Johncom advises that Mr Prakash Desai, the current Acting Group Chief Executive
Officer has been appointed Group Chief Executive Officer of Johncom with
immediate effect.
Chairperson Mashudu Ramano commented: "I congratulate Prakash on his
