Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Company will
be held at 1 Copper Road, Phalaborwa on 19 April 2007 at 08h00 to transact
the business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting included in
the Annual Report.
No change statement
The Company published its provisional annual financial statements for the
year ended 31 December 2006 on 29 January 2007 and distributed its Annual
Report to shareholders on 28 March 2007. As the financial information
published on 29 January 2007 is unchanged, no abridged version of the
audited financial statements is being published.
