TRADING STATEMENT
It is announced that the consolidated group financial results of Anbeeco
for the 13-month financial period ended 28 February 2007, will reflect as
regards both earnings and headline earnings per share, a change from
earnings of 0,2 cents per share to a loss of 10,1 cents per share, and, as
regards net asset value and net tangible asset value per share, in both
instances a change from 0,2 cents per share to a negative figure of 9,9
cents per share, compared to the results for the previous financial year
ended 31 January 2006.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based, has
been audited by Anbeeco`s auditors. The annual financial report of Anbeeco,
in respect of the financial period ended 28 February 2007, containing inter
alia the audit report of the auditors of the company, will be available for
inspection at the offices of the company on the 19th Floor, Sandton City
Office Tower, corner Rivonia Road and Fifth Street, Sandton, from Monday,
16 April 2007, and will be posted to shareholders by Friday, 20 April 2007
and the corresponding abridged results will be announced on SENS by Monday,
16 April 2006.
