DETAILED CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that an agreement has been reached between the majority
shareholders of the Company and an independent third party, whereby the majority
shareholders have agreed to sell their shareholdings in Samrand for an as yet to
be confirmed sum. The agreement is subject to a number of conditions, which, if
fulfilled, may result in a change in control of the Company.
Further details shall be announced in due course, and in the interim, the
previous cautionary is renewed, and shareholders are advised to continue to
exercise caution when trading in their Samrand shares.
