Holders of combined units in Pangbourne ("unitholders") are referred to the
cautionary announcement, dated 22 February 2007. Unitholders are advised that
the Company is still involved in negotiations with the same party which, if
successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price at which the
combined units of Pangbourne trade.
Accordingly, unitholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in their combined units until a further announcement is made.
