CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
In accordance with Rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listing Requirements,
Johnnic shareholders are informed of the following changes to the Board of
Directors of the Company with immediate effect:-
Ms Sibongile Zwane, a non executive director of the Company, has recently
passed away; and
Mr Mimi Freddie Magugu has been appointed a non executive director of the
company.
The Board expresses its condolences and sympathies to the family of Ms
Zwane.
