DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MTN SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MTN GROUP LIMITED and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to MTN GROUP LIMITED (MTN)
the Trustees of the MTN Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 90
cents per MTNNID share instalment that is payable on Monday, 23 April 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 13 April 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 16 April 2007 and the
record date will be Friday, 20 April 2007.
