discloses the following information:
The Spescom Board of directors is pleased to announce the appointment of
Mr Paul Fick as an executive director to the board of Spescom Limited with
effect from 12 April 2007.
Mr Fick joined the Spescom Group in 1998 and has been the Chief Executive
Officer of Spescom Datafusion (Pty) Ltd since 2002. Mr Fick has been actively
involved in the IT industry in South Africa since 1980 and holds an Honours
degree in Electronic Engineering from Pretoria and a Masters degree in Business
Leadership from Unisa.
