DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SBK SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for STANDARD BANK GROUP
LTD and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to STANDARD BANK
GROUP LTD (SBK) the Trustees of the SBK Share Instalment have declared a
dividend amount of 176.00 cents per SBKNID share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 16 April 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Wednesday, 4 April 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Thursday, 5 April 2007 and the
record date will be Friday, 13 April 2007.
