CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Further to the acquisition of Paraprop by Growthpoint Properties Limited and in
terms of section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Paraprop linked
unitholders are informed that Messrs A D Dalling, J A Bester, A D P Ovenstone
and R S Schur (non-executive directors) and Messrs R C Squire-Howe, F J
Jenkings, B H Kerswill and A A Maresky (executive directors) have resigned with
immediate effect.
Further to this, Mr L N Sasse has been appointed as the chief executive officer
of the Company with immediate effect.
