RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of Siyathenga linked units ("unitholders") are referred to the
cautionary announcement, dated 26 February 2007, announcing Siyathenga`s
impending black economic empowerment transaction ("BEE transaction").
Unitholders are advised that Siyathenga is still involved in negotiations with
two broad based black economic empowerment consortia related to its BEE
transaction which if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the
price at which the linked units of the Company trades.
Accordingly, unitholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in their Siyathenga linked units until a further announcement is made.
