DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON MTN GROUP LIMITED HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("MTNIHA")
With reference to the dividend announcement dated 29 March 2007 , the
Directors of MTN Group Limited have declared an ordinary dividend of 90
cents per ordinary share payable on Monday, 23 April 2007, to ordinary
shareholders recorded in the books of the company at the close of business
on Friday, 20 April 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities,
MTNIHA, will receive an MTN Group Limited dividend of 90 cents per security
on Monday, 23 April 2007, in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in
the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day
to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will
be Friday, 13 April 2007.
MTNIHA Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the
dividend from the commencement of business on Monday, 16 April 2007, and
the record date will be Friday, 20 April 2007.
