Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above TOPIRP, Index Barrier Put
Warrant (REDS), would like to advise Holders, that due to the breach of the
Stop-Loss Level of 25,000 as of 10 April 2007, TOPIRP was terminated and
Holders are now entitled to receive the Rebate payment.
The Rebate payment represents the number of Index Barrier Put Warrant
(REDS) held on 10 April 2007, multiplied by the excess of the simple
average of the Volume Weighted Average Price ("VWAP") of the Underlying
Parcel over the two Business Days following the Termination Date, over the
Exercise Price (Strike Level) of 30,000. This amount will automatically
accrue to holders via instruction to STRATE.
