NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Listing Requirements, shareholders
are advised that the company posted its annual financial statements for the
financial year 2006 to members on 30 March 2007 and the information is unchanged
from that previously published in the results announcement on 22 March 2007.
The Annual Report will be available on the company`s website:
www.bellequipment.com (click on `Investor Site`). The results of the company
are audited by Deloitte & Touche and their unqualified report is available for
inspection at the company`s registered office.
The annual general meeting of shareholders of BELL EQUIPMENT LIMITED will be
held in the Visitors` Centre, 13 - 19 Carbonode Cell, Alton, Richards Bay on 3
May 2007 at 10h00.
