RECORD DATES RELATING TO THE SPECIAL DISTRIBUTIONS
Emira participatory interest ("PI") holders and Freestone linked unitholders are
referred to the circular to Freestone linked unitholders dated 2 March 2007, the
circular to Emira PI holders dated 12 March 2007 and the results of general
meeting and Court Hearing announcement released on SENS on 27 March 2007.
- Emira PI holders and Freestone linked unitholders are reminded of the
following:
Emira PI holders recorded on the register on Friday 13 April 2007 will be
eligible to receive the Emira special distribution for the period 1 January 2007
to 31 March 2007; and
- Freestone linked unitholders recorded on the register on Friday 13 April
2007 will be eligible to receive the Freestone special distribution for the
period 1 January 2007 to 31 March 2007.
The last day to trade was Wednesday, 4 April 2007. Trades that took place after
this date will not be eligible for the special distributions.
Details of the amounts to be paid in terms of the special distributions and
relevant dates for payment of the special distributions will be communicated in
a further announcement once the financial results for Emira and Freestone have
been finalised.
