Shareholders are advised that the group`s earnings per share and headline
earnings per share are expected to be between 23% and 28% higher than the
forecast of 23.6 cents per share in the profit forecast set out in the circular,
incorporating the revised listing particulars, to shareholders dated 13 October
2006. The information contained in this announcement has not been reviewed or
audited by the company`s external auditors. SilverBridge`s results for the
twelve months ended 28 February 2007 will be published on or about 23 April
2007.
