CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
in respect of a change to the Board of Directors, Hospitality is pleased to
announce to its unitholders that Mr Willy Ross has been appointed as an
Independent Non-Executive Director to the Board with effect from 10 April 2007.
Mr Ross has extensive commercial, banking and governance experience. After more
than 30 years` service, Mr Ross retired from the Nedbank Group in 2004. He
serves on the boards of a number of listed and unlisted companies.
Further to Mr Ross` appointment, unitholders are advised that in order for
Hospitality`s Board to comprise a majority of non-executive directors of whom a
majority shall be independent, Mr Justin Bass has resigned as an executive
director from the Board with effect from 10 April 2007. Mr Bass will continue
to be at the forefront of Hospitality`s development and refurbishment projects.
