of the JSE Limited of the appointment of Sisa Michael Ngebulana as an
independent non-executive director of the company with effect from 1 May 2007.
Mr Ngebulana (41) holds the qualifications B Juris (FH), LL B (Natal) and LL M
(RAU). During his career has worked as an attorney, legal counsel, investment
banker and businessman.
He is currently Executive Chairman of the Billion Group, a commercial and retail
property development corporation based in Johannesburg with significant projects
in the Eastern Cape.
