Correction announcement
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 12 April 2007 regarding the
posting of Mutual & Federal`s annual report and details of the annual general
meeting, shareholders are advised that the notice to shareholders and form of
proxy which form part of the aforementioned annual report, contain an error.
Shareholders are therefore requested to note that the date on which the duly
completed forms of proxy should be received by the transfer secretaries should
be by no later than 09:30 on 7 May 2007 and not 2 May 2007 as shown in the
notice of shareholders and form of proxy.
