CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that, with effect from 16 April 2007, the following appointments have
been made to the board of Strategic Real Estate Managers (Proprietary) Limited,
the authorised management company of Emira:
Mr. Peter Thurling as an executive director;
Mr. Michael Aitken as a non-executive director; and
