iPROXY
The JSE reminds shareholders, stock broking institutions and CSDPs participants
of the availability of an electronic online proxy voting facility - iProxy,
managed on behalf of the JSE by Ince (Pty) Ltd.
The JSE encourages its shareholders to utilise iProxy, as it empowers
shareholders to submit their voting instructions online, prior to the AGM of the
Company, as per notice and your SLA with your broker or CSDP.
Registration and the use of iProxy is free of charge to shareholders.
More information on the electronic proxy voting facility can be obtained from
the websites:
- www.investorportal.co.za (click on the JSE icon and register);
- an online registration and proxy vote submission demo is available on the
website;
- alternatively forward your query to email address: callcenter@ince.co.za.
This is just one of the many ways in which the JSE is seeking to lead by example
in creating a market in which investors can participate and foster improved
communication and progressive relationships with shareholders.
