FURTHER TRADING UPDATE
Further to the trading statement published on SENS on 2 April 2007, it is
announced that the consolidated group financial results of Anbeeco for the 13-
month financial period ended 28 February 2007, will (compared to the results for
the previous financial year ended 31 January 2006) reflect as regards both
earnings and headline earnings per share, a change from a restated prior year
loss of 1,7 cents per share to a loss of 8,3 cents per share, and, as regards
net asset value and net tangible asset value per share, a change from a restated
prior year (1,7) cents per share to (9,9) cents per share.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based, has been
audited by Anbeeco`s auditors.
The annual financial report of Anbeeco, in respect of the financial period ended
28 February 2007, containing inter alia the audit report of the auditors of the
company, will be available for inspection at the offices of the company on the
19th Floor, Sandton City Office Tower, corner Rivonia Road and Fifth Street,
Sandton, from or about Wednesday, 18 April 2007, and will be posted to
shareholders by Monday, 30 April 2007.
The abridged results will be announced on SENS by or about Wednesday, 18 April
2007.
